JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. IT troubleshooting: Membantu customer memecahkan masalah IT melalui call center.

2. Helpdesk support: Sebagai asisten teknis perusahaan

3. Customer Service

4. Mengikuti traning perusahaan. 

 

WORK INFORMATION:

From 8:00 To 18:00 
With a total of 40 hours per week 
Saturday work (Alternate)

 

REQUIRED:

1. Understanding of their own national customs.

2. Basic Chinese writing

3. Good communication skills or using fluent English.

4. Background IT

 

DURATION:
